The Party Wall etc Act 1996 came into force on the 1st July 1997 and replaced the 1939 London Building Acts (Amendment) Act under which The Livemore Partnership had developed a wide ranging client base on Party Wall matters. The new legislation now covers England and Wales which has provided an excellent opportunity for us to offer our expertise to an expanding client base.

The Livemore Partnership have experience in both residential and commercial situations and have been involved in a wide variety of party wall cases including appointments from both building and adjoining owners. We regularly advise prospective clients on party wall matters and are willing to look at any case and advise whether or not Party Wall Notices are required.

We are members of the Pyramus & Thisby Club (Essex Branch) which meets on a regular basis to discuss the complexities of Party Wall matters. Whatever the situation, we are able to undertake Party Wall appointments efficiently and effectively to ensure that fees are kept to a sensible level.
