feasibility studies, selecting the design team, programming the works,
preparing drawings and obtaining the necessary consents, producing tender
documents, inviting tenders and inspecting the works through to completion to
the agreed cost budget and performance brief. The client will be kept informed
throughout the programme and will be called upon to make the necessary major
decisions within the agreed programme.
