Livemore are employed as Lead Architectural Designers, Contract Administrators and Principal Designers (CDM) for the construction of the new stand-alone teaching block, to be located at the rear of the existing school site. This purpose-built facility will house four classrooms, each designed to accommodate up to 10 pupils. In addition to student spaces, the building will provide facilities for up to 16 staff members. The new block is intended to support and enhance the existing provision for current pupils at the school.

Building Features

The teaching block will include:

• Four classrooms, each with dedicated storage space and access to an external covered play area
• Shared toilet facilities between classrooms, including a shower cubicle
• A sensory room
• An IT room
• A meeting room with capacity for 4–6 people
• Adult toilet and an accessible (disabled) toilet
• Staff kitchen and additional storage areas
